Effective July 6, 1981, there shall exist a curfew at the St. John Street playground complex in the Borough of Catasauqua.
During the hours of 10:30 p.m. and 6:00 a.m., local time, no person or persons other than those in the employ of the Borough of Catasauqua shall be allowed on the premises of the playgrounds bounded by St. John Street, Church Street, American Street, and the Catasauqua Area School District property, excluding any land in private ownership.
This curfew shall remain in full force and effect until repealed by ordinance of Council.

Any person violating any provision of this article shall be guilty of a summary offense and may be fined up to $300 and/or imprisoned for up to 90 days. Any person found guilty of violating an ordinance shall be assessed court costs and reasonable attorneys’ fees incurred by the Borough in the enforcement proceedings.
