The Official Map of the Borough of Catasauqua
prepared by Urban Research Development Corporation and dated 2004
is hereby adopted and declared to be the Official Map of the Borough
of Catasauqua.
All ordinances hereafter enacted where reference
is made to the Borough Map, the same are hereby declared and construed
to refer to the map hereby adopted.
No permit for the erection of buildings shall
hereafter be granted which conflict with the streets and alleys located
on said map.
