Sec. 31, of the 1962 Code)]
Subject to the approval of the Department of
Health of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and until further direction
of Borough Council, the Fire and Water Committee is hereby authorized
and directed to provide necessary equipment and to proceed with the
addition of approximately one and not more than 1.5 parts of fluoride
to every million parts of water distributed in the water supply system
of Borough of Catasauqua. Funds for the purchase of said equipment,
to the extent not available in the budget of said Fire and Water Committee,
shall be provided from unappropriated balances in the General Fund.
