Borough of Clarion, PA Chapter 91 Disorderly Conduct

§ 91-1 Disorderly conduct prohibited.

Disorderly conduct is hereby prohibited in the Borough of Clarion. A person is guilty of disorderly conduct if, with the intent to cause public inconvenience, annoyance or alarm, or recklessly creating a risk thereof, he:

A. Engages in fighting or threatening or in violent or tumultuous behavior;

B. Makes unreasonable noise;

C. Uses obscene language or makes an obscene gesture; or

D. Creates a hazardous or physically offensive condition by any act which serves no legitimate purpose of the actor.

§ 91-2 Violations and penalties.

Any person who shall violate any provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $500 and costs of prosecution or, in default of payment of said fine and costs, to undergo imprisonment for not more than 30 days.
