Parking is hereby prohibited on all streets
and alleys in the Borough of Clarion which are laid out in a general
north-south direction from December 1 to April 1 between the hours
of 1:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m., prevailing time, on Monday, Wednesday
and Friday, during each week of said period.

A.
Except as stated in Subsection B below, parking is hereby prohibited on all streets and alleys in the Borough of Clarion which are laid out in a general east-west direction from December 1 to April 1 between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m., prevailing time, on Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday each week of said period.
B.
Parking
is hereby prohibited on Main Street on Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday
each week between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m., prevailing
time, from Fourth Avenue to Seventh Avenue.
This chapter shall be enforced by the Clarion
Borough police.
Parking is hereby prohibited in the following
metered parking lots operated by the Borough of Clarion from December
1 to April 1, between the hours of 1:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m., prevailing
time, on the days specified below, during each week of said period:
