District is to accommodate single-family dwellings at low density
in areas having the established character of low-density residential
neighborhoods.

General provisions.
(1)
All uses permitted within this district shall also comply with the applicable general provisions of this chapter set forth in Article III.
(2)
Any territory annexed by the Borough or gained through discovery
or correction of a mapping error shall automatically be zoned R-1
Single Family Residential until such time as the Borough Council by
affirmative legislative action designates otherwise.
