Township of East Cocalico, PA Article III Ticketing

§ 206-17 Ticketing system established.

A system of ticketing is hereby imposed in order to enforce and prosecute violations of the parking provisions of Articles I and II of this chapter.

§ 206-18 Form of ticket.

The Board of Supervisors from time to time may, by resolution, adopt a form of ticket to be used by the East Cocalico Township Police Department in the administration and enforcement of the aforesaid articles, as amended.

§ 206-19 Ratification of prior provisions.

In all other respects, Article I, as amended, and Article II, as amended, of this chapter are hereby reratified and reconfirmed.
