A. 
Each Supervisor of the Township of Hempfield, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania, elected or appointed to office on or after the effective date of this Article shall receive compensation as a Supervisor in the annual amount of $5,000.
B. 
Such compensation shall be paid to each duly elected or appointed supervisor in monthly installments.
This Article shall be effective as of January 1, 1996, for any supervisor taking office on or after that date.

A. 
The elected Tax Collector of Hempfield Township shall be paid annual compensation in the amount of $13,000 for the collection and attempted collection of real estate taxes payable to the Township of Hempfield, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania.
B. 
The elected Tax Collector is authorized to provide tax certifications upon request by the public and to charge a fee to such persons or entities making such request in the sum of $10.
C. 
The elected Tax Collector is authorized to impose a coding fee for tax statements to be sent to financial institutions instead of the listed property owners and to forward receipts to such financial institutions rather than the identified property owners in the amount of $0.25 per tax duplicate or property.
D. 
The elected Tax Collector is authorized to impose a fee of $5 per duplicate for each duplicate tax statement forwarded to financial institutions for each property in Hempfield Township.
E. 
The compensation of the elected Tax Collector as set forth herein shall be the cumulative amount mentioned, including the compensations and special charges as set forth herein.
