There are hereby created in the Township of West Goshen two additional sewer districts,[1] to be known, respectively, as Sewer District No. 2 and Sewer District No. 3, to be bounded according to a plan dated June 16, 1960, prepared by Glace & Glace, Inc., consulting engineers, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, copies of which plan and description of the real estate encompassed in said sewer districts are on file and may be examined at the office of the township, 1025 Paoli Pike, West Chester, Chester County, Pennsylvania.

Editor's Note: Sewer District No. 1 was established by resolution adopted 3-5-1958.
Said Sewer Districts Nos. 2 and 3 are hereby designated as additional sewer service areas of the West Goshen Sewer Authority, and the construction of sewers for and in said sewer districts is hereby authorized.

There is hereby created in the Township of West Goshen a sewer district to be known as "Sewer District No. 4," whose boundaries are as set forth on a plan dated February 8, 1970, File Code 6948, prepared by Glace, consulting engineers, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, copies of which plan are on file and may be examined at the office of the township, 1025 Paoli Pike, West Chester, Chester County, Pennsylvania. Sewer District No. 4 shall include all the area in West Goshen Township located in the Taylor Run Drainage Basin and not previously included in any previously authorized sewer districts.
Said Sewer District No. 4 is hereby designated as an additional sewer service area of West Goshen Sewer Authority, and the construction of sewers for and in said districts is hereby authorized; also the Authority may take over, operate and maintain any sewer facilities now existing in this area.
