The Code Enforcement Officer, the Building Inspector, the Deputy
Building Inspector, the Fire Chief and the Dog Warden of the Village
of Liberty are hereby authorized and empowered to enforce the laws
and ordinances of the Village of Liberty and are further hereby authorized
to issue appearance tickets pursuant to § 150.20 of the
Criminal Procedure Law.
This local law shall become effective June 15, 1979.
