[HISTORY: Adopted Liberty Village Board 1-1-2002.]
The license fee for conducting or transacting retail business
in any store building or place whatsoever within the corporate limits
of the Village of Liberty for the sale of goods represented or advertised
as bankrupt assigned stock or goods or as stock of goods damaged by
fire or water or otherwise, or by any such similar device or representations,
is hereby fixed at $50 for one month or for a less period, and at
$50 per month for each additional month or fractional part thereof,
such license to be renewed at the end of each month.
Any person violating this ordinance will be guilty of a misdemeanor
and liable to the penalties presented in Chapter 141 Laws 1898, this
ordinance to take effect at once.
