GENERAL REFERENCES
Code Appeals Board — See Ch. 15.
The Board of Commissioners of the Township of Radnor hereby confers upon the Township Manager, and those employees as the Township Manager may determine necessary, the administrative authority to enforce ordinances enacted under this Code.
The Director of Community Development shall have the authority to request from the District Justice administrative warrants, provided that one or more of the following requirements are met:
A. 
Written affidavits received from neighbors verifying personal observations which indicate the occupancy of a premise is in violation of Township regulations.
B. 
Police incident reports received which cite potential violations of Township zoning, property maintenance or health code regulations.
C. 
Number of motor vehicles observed on a continuing basis parked on the premises, to include motor vehicles with out-of-state license plates.
D. 
Excessive trash observed on a continual basis at the premises.
E. 
Failure by the owner and/or tenant to respond to a written request by the Township for an inspection of the premises.
F. 
Failure to allow Township employees access to the premises for an inspection following written notice.
G. 
Failure by the owner and/or tenant to allow access to the premises for an inspection following written notice of violation.
H. 
Failure by the owner to respond to a written request by the Township to provide a current lease or any other such legal document requested to indicate the names of the current tenants.
