[Amended 11-28-1994 by Ord. No. 94-32]
An application shall be filed by the owner and fees paid in accordance with Chapter 162, Fees, on an annual basis on or before June 1 of each year.
The owner shall be required to post the Township and D.E.R. license in the entryway to the public bathing place or in any other conspicuous location approved by the Director.
If the owner fails to comply with any provision of this chapter, which failure, in the opinion of the Township, endangers the life, safety or health of the users of the public bathing place, the Department may suspend or revoke the owner's license. The owner may appeal the Township's decision to the Board of Health, provided that such appeal is filed within 10 calendar days from the effective date of suspension or revocation. Such appeal shall be in letter form, state the basis for such appeal and be filed with the Director of Community Development. The Board of Health shall meet within 30 calendar days for the purpose of conducting a hearing and rendering a decision.
