No person shall sell goods at auction in the village without first having procured a license to do so from the licensing officer of the village, for which license the applicant shall pay the sum provided in Chapter A112, Fees, for the first day of such auction and the sum provided therein for each subsequent day thereafter; provided, however, that this section shall not apply to sales by public officers or judicial sales.

Any person, other than a member of the Fire Department of the village, who rides upon or interferes with any fire truck or other apparatus of the Fire Department without permission or authority of the person in charge thereof shall be guilty of a violation of this Article.
No person shall obstruct, throw, pile or place or cause to be obstructed or cause to be thrown, piled or placed any snow, ice, debris or refuse upon or on any fire hydrant or within three feet of such hydrant.
No person shall use or run any vehicle through the public streets of the village for the collection of junk without first having obtained a license for each such vehicle from the licensing officer of the village.[1]

A. 
It shall be unlawful for any person to post any handbills, notices or advertisements of any kind whatsoever or to print, paint, stamp or otherwise mark any words, letters, figures, signs or tokens of any sort or kind on any flagstone, curbstone, sidewalk or any public property of the village.
B. 
The placement of handbills on parked vehicles shall be prohibited.

It shall be unlawful for any person to disturb or interfere with, damage or injure any sewer, drain, manhole or cover which is a part of or connected with the village sewer or drainage system without the consent of the Village Manager or his authorized representative.[1]

The discharge of firearms, rockets, gunpowder or fireworks or the kindling or assisting in the building or making or having any bonfire or other fire in any of the streets, roads, avenues, lanes or public places of the village is hereby prohibited. No person shall fire any artillery, gun, pistol or other firearm, squib, firecracker, gunpowder or other explosive or combustible material or substance in the village.

The discharge of any air gun, BB gun, spring gun or similar device in which a pellet or shot is forcibly propelled by means of either mechanical force or compressed gases is hereby prohibited in the Village of Mount Kisco.

No person shall urinate or defecate in any public place. For purposes of this section, the term "public place" shall mean any highway, street, sidewalk, park, playground, parking lot, shopping center, mall or any other place to which the public or a substantial group of persons has access, but excluding rest rooms.

Any person committing an offense against any provision of this Article shall be punishable as provided in § 1-17B of this Code.

It shall be unlawful for any person to permit or allow a discarded refrigerator or one not in use to remain in any place accessible to children, unless the latching or locking mechanism on the door or doors of the same has been removed or unless the door or doors of the same are bolted and locked in such a manner so that it is impossible to open the same by use of the hands.

Any person committing an offense against any provision of this chapter shall be punishable as provided in § 1-17B of this Code.
