The City of Newburgh hereby establishes the Adopt-A-Municipal-Park,
-Shoreline or -Roadway Programs as authorized by § 277 of
the General Municipal Law.
The City Manager is authorized to enter into adopt-a-municipal-park,
-shoreline or -roadway agreements with such volunteers or groups as
he may deem appropriate.
All adopt-a-municipal-park, -shoreline or -roadway agreements
shall be subject to the provisions of § 277 of the General
Municipal Law of the State of New York and shall be subject to such
further terms and conditions as the City Manager may deem advisable
and shall impose.
This chapter shall take effect on March 23, 1992.
