As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:
COIN-OPERATED PREMISES
Any premises primarily devoted to the dispensing of goods and/or services to the general public by means of a coin-operated device or machine other than a coin-operated telephone.
CUSTOMER
Any person who enters upon coin-operated premises for the purposes of purchasing goods and/or services.
OPERATOR
Any person or corporation who owns, operates or leases coin-operated premises.
A. 
Each operator shall keep a coin-operated premises well lighted when in operation.
B. 
Each operator shall have the entire premises to which customers are admitted visible from a public street.
C. 
Each operator shall keep the premises clean and free of all dirt and litter.
D. 
Each operator shall post a sign setting forth the name of the operator, his address and telephone number where he can be reached during the period of operation and setting forth the regulations in §§ 136-3, 136-4 and 136-5.
No person other than the operator, persons authorized by him or a customer shall enter upon a coin-operated premises, and each customer shall promptly leave the premises after completing his or her transaction.
No customer or other persons shall bring or possess upon the premises an open container of alcoholic beverages or consume any alcoholic beverage upon the premises.
No coin-operated premises shall be permitted to be in operation between 12:00 midnight and 6:00 a.m. unless an attendant is present.
