Alcoholic beverages — See Ch. 105.
A person is guilty of exposure when in a premises which is licensed for on-premises consumption of alcoholic beverages the person appears unclothed, clothed or costumed in such a manner that the portion of the breast below the top of the areola is not covered with a fully opaque covering or the person appears unclothed or clothed or costumed in such a manner that the exterior sexual organs and/or buttocks and anus are not covered with a fully opaque covering. Exposure is a violation.
A person is guilty of promoting the exposure of a person when he knowingly conducts, maintains, owns, manages, operates or furnishes any premises which is licensed for on-premises consumption of alcoholic beverages where a person appears unclothed or clothed or costumed in such a manner that the portion of the breast below the top of the areola is not covered with a fully opaque covering or the person appears unclothed, clothed or costumed in such a manner that the exterior sexual organs and/or buttocks and anus are not covered with a fully opaque covering. Promoting exposure of a person is a violation.
