GENERAL REFERENCES
Amusements — See Ch. 108.
Noise — See Ch. 212.
Parks and recreation areas — See Ch. 220.
No person shall use or perform upon musical instruments in any street or public place:
A. 
Before the hour of 9:00 a.m. nor after the hour of 6:00 p.m. of any day.
B. 
During any part of Sunday.
C. 
Within a distance of 500 feet of any schoolhouse or house of public worship, during school hours or hours of public worship respectively.
D. 
Within a distance of 500 feet of any courthouse, public office, hospital, asylum or other public institution.
E. 
Within a distance of 250 feet of any tenement or apartment house or dwelling, when directed or requested by an occupant thereof to refrain or discontinue using or performing on such instrument.
No person shall play or operate any device, loudspeaker or amplifier designed to augment the sound of musical instruments whereby the sound therefrom is cast directly upon the public streets and places of the City.
