The City of Newburgh hereby elects to provide an alternative
veterans exemption pursuant to § 458-a of the Real Property
Tax Law of the State of New York.
There is hereby granted to eligible veterans and other persons
as defined in Real Property Tax Law § 458-a, including Gold
Star Parents, the following exemption as provided therein:
