Editor's Note: This local law also stated that it superseded Articles
6 and 7 of the Town Law and inconsistent provisions of the Election Law.
Absentee ballots shall be provided for all special elections held in
the Town of North Greenbush.
The special provisions contained in Subdivisions 2 through 13 of § 84-a
of the New York State Town Law shall apply to the absentee ballots required
in this chapter, to the extent that said provisions are consistent with the
chapter.
