Editor's Note: This local law also stated that it supersedes §  1660-a of the New York State Vehicle and Traffic Law and Chapter 175 of the Code of the Town of North Greenbush to the extent it is inconsistent therewith.
A. 
No person shall park or stop a vehicle within the Oak Hill Apartment Complex unless he or she does so within specifically marked parking spaces[1] which have been approved by the Town Planning Board.

B. 
In addition to any other penalties prescribed by law, the Town Police Department is authorized to cause any vehicle violating this section to be towed. The expense associated with towing shall be paid by the owner of the offending vehicle.
