No person shall conduct a parade in any of the streets or public places in this Village without first obtaining permission of the Board of Trustees. Request for a parade permit shall be in the form of a letter given to the Village Clerk with the time, date and route of said parade. Upon approval of the Board of Trustees, a permit will be issued to the person or organization requesting the parade permit.
Any violation of any provisions of this chapter shall be punishable by a maximum fine of $250 or a term of imprisonment not to exceed 15 days, or both.
