[HISTORY: Adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Poquott 2-13-1931 as Ordinance 5 of the 1931 Village Ordinances; amended by L.L. Nos. 7-1983 and 1-1991. Subsequent amendments noted where applicable.]
No person shall permit any injury, defacement, mutilation or destruction of any Villages signs, or other property, or of any trees, flowers, shrubs or grass plots in any public highway or place within the Village of Poquott.
Any person found guilty of a violation of the provisions of this chapter shall be punishable by a fine of not more than $250, imprisonment for up to 15 days, or both, plus replacement of the damaged property for each and every violation thereof.
