The Village of Port Chester and all users of
the village sanitary sewer system shall be subject to all applicable
rules and regulations contained in the Westchester County Environmental
Facilities Sewer Ordinance No. 1, as amended.
To the extent that the Westchester County Environmental
Facilities Sewer Ordinance No. 1 shall be in conflict with any of
the provisions of Chapter 73 of the Code of the Village of Port Chester,
the provisions of the Westchester County Environmental Facilities
Sewer Ordinance No. 1 shall control.
