Unless another penalty is otherwise provided,
a violation of the provisions of this chapter shall be punishable
by a fine not to exceed $100 per day for the first violation and fine
not to exceed $250 per day for the second and any subsequent violation.
Each day’s violation shall constitute a separate and distinct
offense.
