No person shall intrude or trespass upon any lot or parcel of land belonging
to or leased by the village, or in or upon any building, structure or enclosure
upon such property, unless such person is duly licensed or otherwise lawfully
entitled to be admitted thereon or therein.
Any person violating the provisions of this chapter or any part thereof
shall be liable for and forfeit a penalty not exceeding $100 for each offense.
And in addition thereto said violation shall constitute disorderly conduct
and the person violating the same shall be a disorderly person.
