A. 
Weight restrictions.
(1) 
All vehicles, trucks and/or tractor-trailer combinations in excess of the weight limits set out in § 319-85 are hereby excluded from the streets and highways described in Schedule XXIV, § 319-85.

(2) 
All trucks or tractor-trailer combinations, regardless of weight, are hereby excluded from the streets or highways, or parts thereof, described in Schedule XXIV, Subsection B (§ 319-85B).
(3) 
The regulations established in this section shall not be construed to prevent the delivery or pickup of merchandise or other property along the streets or highways from which such vehicles and combinations are otherwise excluded, provided that such vehicles while loading or unloading shall be parked parallel to the curblines of the street or highway.
B. 
Length restrictions. The operation of vehicles of any kind measuring in excess of 30 feet in length is prohibited on the streets and highways specified in Schedule XXV (§ 319-86). For purposes hereof, a tractor-trailer and/or truck and trailer shall be deemed one vehicle.
