Employees of the City of Port Jervis, other than those employees specifically set forth in § C2-2 of the Charter of the City of Port Jervis, shall be eligible for employment by the City of Port Jervis provided that they reside within 15 miles of said City of Port Jervis as measured from the nearest boundary line of said City. In case such employee, after employment, shall cease to be a resident within the limits hereinbefore set forth, his employment shall thereby be terminated.
