Any enactment of the Town Board of the Town
of Bergen which relates to zoning matters shall take effect 10 days
after publication of a summary thereof in the official newspaper of
the Town of Bergen. The publication of a summary shall be sufficient
to satisfy all requirements of publication after enactment of such
zoning legislation.
