A.
All trucks, tractors and tractor-trailer combinations in excess of five tons' gross weight are hereby excluded from the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule XII (§ 187-40).
B.
The regulations established in this section shall
not be construed to prevent the delivery or pickup of merchandise
or other property along the highways from which such vehicles and
combinations are otherwise excluded.
A.
No person, corporation, firm or association shall
at any time drive under its own power or haul or transport by other
means any tractor, engine or vehicle having lugs or like attachments
on its wheels or attached to the tire surface, on, along or across
any of the streets or public highways in Cuba Village.
B.
Vehicles which are equipped with lugs, cleats or contrivances
liable to damage or deface roadway surfaces are hereby excluded from
all public highways in Cuba Village.
C.
The provisions of this section are not applicable
to state highways, said state highways being subject to state law.
