The streets or parts of streets described in § 132-39, Schedule I, are hereby designated as one-way streets, and vehicles shall proceed only in the direction indicated.
No person shall make a turn of the kind designated (left, right, all) at any of the locations described in § 132-40, Schedule II.
The turning of vehicles so as to proceed in the opposite direction (otherwise known as a "U-turn") is hereby prohibited on any of the streets or parts of streets described in § 132-41, Schedule III.
The streets or parts of streets described in § 132-42, Schedule IV, are designated as through streets, and stop signs shall be erected at entrances thereto as indicated.
The intersections described in § 132-43, Schedule V, are designated as stop intersections, and stop signs shall be erected as indicated.
The intersections described in § 132-44, Schedule VI, are designated as yield intersections, and yield signs shall be erected as indicated.
The maximum speed at which vehicles may proceed on or along any streets or highways within the Village is hereby established at 30 miles per hour, except that the speed limit for vehicles proceeding on or along those streets or parts of streets described in § 132-45, Schedule VII, shall be as indicated in said schedule.
All trucks, tractors and tractor-trailer combinations having a total gross weight in excess of two tons are hereby excluded from all highways within this Village except from those highways listed in § 132-46, Schedule VIII, except that this exclusion shall not be construed to prevent the delivery or pickup of merchandise or other property along the highways from which such vehicles and combinations are excluded.
Crosswalks shall be established at the locations in § 132-47, Schedule IX; the dimensions and marking thereof shall be in conformity with the rules and regulations of the Department of Motor Vehicles of the State of New York.
Turn lanes shall be established for turning in the direction indicated and at the locations listed in § 132-48, Schedule X; the dimensions and marking thereof shall be in conformity with the rules and regulations of the Department of Motor Vehicles of the State of New York.
