A. 
Any person or persons that violate any provisions of this chapter shall be punishable as provided in § 1800 of the Vehicle and Traffic Law.

C. 
Penalties for overdue fines.
[Added 2-25-2013 by L.L. No. 2-2013; amended 4-28-2016 by L.L. No. 2-2016]
(1) 
The fine for a violation of any provision of Chapter 132, unless specifically set as a different amount, shall be $75.
(2) 
In the event that the fine due for a violation of this chapter is not paid within 30 days of the date of the issuance of the ticket for the violation, there shall be a penalty of $50 imposed on the original amount of the fine for the violation ticket.
(3) 
In the event that the fine due for a violation of this chapter is not paid within 60 days of the date of the issuance of the ticket for the violation, there shall be a penalty of $100 imposed on the original amount of the fine for the violation ticket.
(4) 
In the event that the fine due for a violation of this chapter is not paid within 90 days of the date of the issuance of the ticket for the violation, there shall be a penalty of $150 imposed on the original amount of the fine for the violation ticket.
A. 
Except those parts, if any, which are subject to approval under § 1684 of the Vehicle and Traffic Law of the State of New York and § 46 of the Highway Law of the State of New York, this chapter and any regulations adopted hereunder shall take effect as provided by law.
B. 
Any part or parts of this chapter and any regulations adopted hereunder which are subject to approval under § 1684 of the Vehicle and Traffic Law and § 46 of the Highway Law of the State of New York shall take effect from and after the day on which approval, in writing, is received from both the New York State Department of Transportation and the New York State Department of Public Works.
