A. 
It shall be unlawful for any person to park a vehicle in front of a private driveway. This section shall only be enforced based on the verbal complaint of the property owner or lawful resident of the premises where the driveway is located.
B. 
It shall be unlawful for any individual to park his vehicle so that it blocks a public driveway at any time.
C. 
The penalty for violating either Subsection A or B of this section shall be a fine in the sum of $50.
A. 
It shall be unlawful for any individual to park his vehicle on a public sidewalk in the Village of Haverstraw which does not display a New York State inspection sticker as required by the laws of the State of New York.
B. 
Any individual who parks a vehicle in violation of Subsection A shall be subject to a fine not to exceed $100.
A. 
It shall be unlawful for any individual to park his vehicle on a public sidewalk in the Village of Haverstraw. It is no defense to the violation of this statute that the sidewalk is located in front of the premises owned or occupied by the vehicle owner.
B. 
Any individual violating Subsection A shall be responsible to pay a fine not to exceed $100. Furthermore, any such individual shall be deemed a disorderly person and to have engaged in disorderly conduct. It is further provided that the Village may have the vehicle towed at the sole cost and expense of the vehicle owner, including any and all storage charges.
A. 
It shall be unlawful for any individual to park a vehicle in a parking spot designated as "handicapped" unless such vehicle has a handicapped plate as issued by the New York State Department of Motor Vehicles.
B. 
Any person who shall violate Subsection A of this section shall, upon conviction, be fined $100. Additionally, any such person shall be deemed a disorderly person and to have engaged in disorderly conduct. Furthermore, the Village shall be entitled to tow said vehicle away, and the vehicle's owner shall be responsible for the cost of such towing and any and all storage.
