A protest, demonstration or picket which has a single person or family as its target would unreasonably interfere with the well-being, tranquility and privacy of the home that village residents expect their government to provide.
It is unlawful for any person to picket or demonstrate before any individual residence in the village.
A person who violates this Article may be subject to a fine of up to one hundred fifty dollars ($150.) and imprisonment for up to ten (10) days in jail for a first offense and a fine of up to five hundred dollars ($500.) and imprisonment for up to thirty (30) days for a second offense.
