Editor's Note: Former Ch. A120, Village Administrator and Clerk/Treasurer,
adopted 8-10-1992 by L.L. No. 6-1992, was repealed 6-8-1993 by L.L. No. 13-1993.
The Clerk and Treasurer shall be appointed by the Mayor, subject to
the approval of the Board of Trustees, at the annual organizational meeting.
[Amended 4-10-2000 by L.L. No. 3-2000]
The term of office of the Clerk and the Treasurer shall coincide with
the term of the Mayor. If the appointment is not made at the annual organizational
meeting, the term of office shall be the balance of the unexpired term, measured
from the annual organizational meeting.
