No person shall, within the Village, and with intent to cause public inconvenience, annoyance or clamor, or recklessly creating a risk thereof:
A. 
Engage in fighting or in violent, tumultuous or threatening behavior; or
B. 
Make unreasonable noise; or
C. 
In a public place as defined in § 240.00 of the Penal Law, use abusive or obscene language, or make an obscene gesture; or
D. 
Without lawful authority, disturb any lawful assembly or meeting of persons; or
E. 
Obstruct vehicular, equestrian or pedestrian traffic; or
F. 
Congregate with other persons in a public place and refuse to comply with a lawful order of the police to disperse; or
G. 
Create a hazardous or physically offensive condition by any act which serves no legitimate purpose.
A. 
No person shall enter upon any premises, lot, piece of land or building within the boundaries of the Village without authority from the owner thereof. Failure to comply with this provision shall constitute trespass. Authority from owner shall be subject to and be limited by restrictions, conditions or rules imposed by the owner, and if notice of same has been given to such person, or posted at the location, or a person is otherwise chargeable with knowledge of the restrictions, conditions, or rules for any reason, including by reason of membership in a property owners' association, club or other organization, failure to comply with any such restriction, condition or rule shall constitute trespass.
B. 
No person who, with the authority from the owner, has entered upon any premises, lot, piece of land or building within the boundaries of the Village shall remain there after being personally notified to leave by the owner thereof, a police officer or other authorized person.
No person shall, in the Village, having no right to do so nor any reasonable ground to believe that he has such right:
A. 
Intentionally damage property of another person or of the Village; or
B. 
Recklessly damage property of another person or of the Village, in an amount exceeding $250.
