A.
All trucks, tractors and tractor-trailer combinations in excess of five (5) tons' gross weight are hereby excluded from the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule IX (§ 135-31).
B.
The regulations established in this section shall
not be construed to prevent the delivery or pickup of merchandise
or other property along the highways from which such vehicles and
combinations are otherwise excluded.
