The Town Board of the Town of Manlius hereby establishes a Tree Commission
the members of which shall be appointed by the Town Board.
The purpose of the Tree Commission shall be to gather information and
make recommendations to the Highway Superintendent and to the Town Board with
respect to the planting and maintenance of trees in the Town of Manlius.
The procedures and rules of the Tree Commission shall be subject to
the approval of the Town Board.
