Pursuant to Subdivision 1 of § 405.00 of the Penal Law of
the State of New York, the Supervisor is hereby designated the permit authority
to grant and issue permits for the public display of fireworks in accordance
with the provisions of § 405.00 of the Penal Law.
Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter shall
be guilty of an offense and be punished by a fine of not less than five dollars
($5.) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100.).
