[Amended 8-13-2014 by L.L. No. 2-2014]
The boundaries of the districts listed in § 155-4 are fixed and defined as shown on a map entitled "Zoning Map of the Town of Manlius" ("Zoning Map"). A true copy of the Zoning Map is attached hereto as "Amended Zoning Map" ("Amended Zoning Map") and which Amended Zoning Map replaces the Zoning Map initially adopted by the Town of Manlius Town Board June 13, 1945, as amended thereafter. Where a use district is shown as a strip of land along a road or highway, the depth of such district, unless otherwise shown on the Zoning Map, shall be 200 feet from the boundary of the road or highway upon which such property fronts. The Zoning Map shall be on file in the office of the Town Clerk.
A.
Where the use district boundaries as shown upon the
Zoning Map are not streets or highways and where property has been
divided in blocks and lots and a map or maps thereof have been filed
in the Onondaga County Clerk's office, said use district boundaries
shall be construed to be the lot lines nearest to the use district
boundaries as shown on the Zoning Map.
B.
Questions concerning the exact location of the district
boundary lines shall be resolved by the Board of Appeals pursuant
to its delegated power of interpretation.
C.
Where a district boundary line divides a lot of record
at the time such line is adopted, the regulations for the less-restricted
part of such lot shall extend not more than 30 feet into the more-restricted
part, provided that the lot has frontage on a street in the less-restricted
district.
