The Town Board of the Town of Massena may appropriate funds to make
yearly contributions in a reasonable amount not to exceed $75,000 to the Massena
Economic Development Council. Said amount may be adjusted from time to time
without the need to amend this article herein so long as the amount does not
exceed the amount aforesaid.
