[Pursuant to § 127 of the General Municipal Law, the first
members of the Town of Massena Hospital Board of Managers were appointed by
the Supervisor on January 30, 1942. The January 6, 1942, resolution for the
appropriation of funds for construction of the hospital was passed at referendum
on January 27, 1942. The current bylaws of the Board of Managers are available
from the Hospital Administrator.]
