The Town Board authorizes the election of a Treasurer by the Board of
Managers of the Massena Memorial Hospital, effective as of July 1, 1963, pursuant
to § 126, Subdivision 4, of the General Municipal Law.
[Adopted 2-15-1965]
The office of Treasurer at the Massena Memorial Hospital is to be a
full-time position with suitable remuneration, because in the absence of this
article, such position would continue on a noncompensating basis as covered
by General Municipal Law § 126.
