The approval of a particular part of the work
by another bureau or department of the municipality shall not be considered
as approval or permission to perform work which is subject to the
requirements of this Building Code.
Approval of plans and the issuance of a permit
to build by the Commissioner of Public Works shall not be considered
as approval of work subject to the requirements of the rules of some
other authority having jurisdiction.
