A. 
Service Classification No. 6 is for domestic use on all residential parcels for all domestic consumers. The character of service is continuous. This service class shall be billed progressively, such that each tier of water consumption shall be billed at the rate specified for that tier. The Village reserves the right to amend the amount of all fees in this section from time to time by resolution of the Board of Trustees; such resolution shall be published on the Village's website and published as an appendix to the Village Code online.
B. 
Rates to be billed and paid tri-annually for each billing period shall be as follows (effective with billing period commencing December 1, 2022):

C. 
Terms of payment.
(1) 
All bills are payable within 30 days after the billing date; if not so paid, a 10% penalty will be added. Thereafter, a 10% penalty will be added every four months on the unpaid balance.
D. 
Failure of meter to register.
(1) 
If for any reason a water meter fails to accurately register water used, or fails to register any use, the owner of the property shall be billed for the usage in gallons that was used during the same billing period from the previous year, as shown by the meter when it was in working order, and the Owner will continue to be billed in such manner until the meter is repaired, or replaced, or put into proper working order so that it accurately registers water usage.
E. 
Bypassing of meters prohibited.
(1) 
Any action to bypass a meter is prohibited and subjects the Owner to penalties and fines as provided for in the Village Code, and under the laws of New York State.

Service Classification No. 5 is for swimming pools. There shall be a flat rate of $150 per annum for each swimming pool. The charge is for annual administrative review and Water Department infrastructure.
