The real property tax exemption granted pursuant
to § 485-b of the New York State Real Property Tax Law is
hereby reduced to 0%.
Exemptions existing prior to the effective date
of this article pursuant to Real Property Tax Law § 485-b
shall not be subject to this reduction of percentage exemption.
