It is the purpose of this article to establish those minimum off-street parking and loading requirements deemed necessary to prevent traffic congestion, to promote public safety and, by keeping the traffic lanes clear, to provide a transportation system capable of serving existing and future land uses.
A. 
Off-street parking space shall be required for all buildings and land uses established after the adoption of this chapter. Each off-street parking space so required shall consist of at least 200 square feet and have a minimum width of 10 feet. In addition, space necessary for aisles, maneuvering and drives shall be provided.
B. 
The number of off-street parking spaces required, by use, is specified in the following table.

1 for each 150 square feet of floor area devoted to such use

1 for each 100 square feet of floor area, plus 1 space for each employee
Sawmill
3, plus 1 additional space for each employee
Home industry
3, plus 1 additional space for each 150 square feet of floor area devoted to the sale, if any, of items manufactured on the site
Printing shop
3, plus 1 additional space for each employee
Industrial uses
5, plus 1 additional space for each employee
Fuel storage and distribution
3, plus 1 additional space for each vehicle used for distribution and 1 additional space for each employee
Garden shop
5, plus 1 additional space for each 150 square feet of floor area devoted to such use
Antique shop
2, plus 1 additional space for each 150 square feet of floor area devoted to such use
Veterinarian office, animal hospital or clinic/kennel
1 for each 100 square feet of floor area, plus 1 additional space for each employee
Public/ Private school

A. 
At least one off-street loading space shall be provided for each commercial or industrial use hereinafter established. The off-street loading space(s) shall be in addition to any required off-street parking spaces and shall be of adequate size to accommodate the type of vehicle normally associated with the commercial or industrial use to be served.
B. 
The location and size of all off-street loading spaces shall be determined during special permit review.
