The Shandaken Town Board hereby accepts and
adopts the veterans' exemptions set forth in New York State Real Property
Tax Law § 458-a, except that, pursuant Real Property Tax
Law § 458-a2(d)(ii), the Town of Shandaken hereby increases
the maximum exemption allowable in paragraphs (a) (b) and (c) of Real
Property Tax Law § 458-a to $27,000, $45,000 and $90,000
respectively.
