A.
Pursuant to the authorization granted it by Vehicle
and Traffic Law § 1660, Subdivision (a)17, the Town Board
of the Town of Stony Point hereby orders that all trucks in excess
of 10,000 pounds shall be excluded from using Lillburn Drive and Bontecou
Road as through trucking streets.
B.
It is further ordered that Lillburn Drive and Bontecou
Road are to remain no-through-trucking streets until ordered otherwise
by this or any other future Town Board.
It is further ordered that all violators are
to be prosecuted and, if found guilty of violating this article, to
pay a fine not in excess of the sum of $100.
It is further ordered that the Superintendent
of Highways erect signs in conspicuous places at the entrance of both
streets indicating "No Through Trucking. All trucks in excess of 10,000
pounds using this road will be subject to a fine of $100."
