The Bureau of Court Security, a division of
the Troy Police Department consisting of three Troy police officers,
is hereby created; such Bureau shall provide exclusive security to
the City courts of Troy.
The police officers assigned to the City courts,
two criminal and one civil, shall be under the direction of the respective
City Court Judges. All assignments of police officers shall be made
pursuant to the operative Troy PBA contract.
